Pippa Turton nominated for Sailor of the year

Antigua’s own Pippa Pettingell-Turton, co-owner of Miramar Sailing and Girls Go Sailing is making waves in the UK. This week she has been nominated in the Sailing Today, Sailor of the Year Awards. She is up against some strong competition including other incredible women Dame Ellen-MacArthur and Tracy Edwards, as well as Gavin Reid and Jon Sanders.

Pippa is described as one of the most highly qualified RYA instructors in the Caribbean and runs sailing courses by women for women.
