Young Antiguan sailor Jules Mitchell is seeking donations to take him to the ILCA Mens Under 21 Laser World Championship in Nieuwpoort, Belgium, this year. Funds have been made for registration for the event over 26th July to 2nd August, and now that his spot is secured, additional costs have to be covered to compete.
Donations are being asked for to secure flights, accommodation, boat rental, food and transport for Jules and his coach for this trip. Roughly US$5,000 is left is be raised so Jules can represent Antigua and Barbuda and compete in the Mens Under 21 Laser World Championship.
